Roasting

As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate, and then softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a coffee that is delicious on its own, with milk chocolate or cake. It would complement vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.
When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boil water to ensure that it stays warm and ready for brewing. Once brewed leave to steep for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or stir your coffee as this can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in the cup.

Storage
Lazy Sunday is an aromatic light roast with the sweet scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a soft touch and a soft mouthfeel. The cocoa-like notes can be traced back to a winters day sat on the sofa with a good book and a hug from the family. Make sure to heat your French Press by using water that isn't at boiling point. This will stop the coffee from being over extracted and causing undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml water that has just boiled. Steep for 4 minutes before letting it plunge and then enjoy.
